If you’ve been checked out to run the front desk at Lansing Makers Network, first of all, thank you! You’re helping make our new members and guests feel important and acting as the “face’ of LMN for many people who are interacting with LMN for the first time.
Please, take this responsibility seriously. We strive to make everyone feel like they’re important and what they want to do at the makerspace is important. Remember this whenever you’re helping a member or guest with a problem. Take the time to familiarize yourself with the SOPs in this section so that you’re ready and can be organized and efficient and feel confident if what you’re doing.
If at any point you’re not sure about something, an SOP is unclear, or something isn’t working right, PLEASE call Brian and ask for help. His number is on the inside cover of this SOP binder
