Check that you have set the origin on the machine after loading your job.

The machine protected error usually means that the door switch was not completely engaged.

Try pressing down on the lid. You should be able to hear a faint "click" when the switch closes.

This error message means that the laser cutter does not detect water flow through the machine.

Check that the water pump is on.
