Accept the gift card from the person.

If it is a membership gift card there are two ways to handle it:

If they are NOT already a member, have them create a membership of the appropriate type (open hours or full) in Hello Club. (Or create it for them.) Add a comment to their membership indicating that they are using a gift card and they type of membership they're getting.

If they ARE already a member, accept the gift card as payment and put the used gift card in the cash drawer.

In the transaction note, mention that a gift card is being used as payment.

If the gift card is for a class, accept it as payment for the class and put the used gift card in the cash drawer.
