Choose the desired torch tip and screw torch tip to the torch body until finger tight. Tighten the tip with wrench (wrench is located with the other torch tips) until snug. Do not overtighten.

Open Propane torch knob (Red) counter-clockwise less than an eighth of a turn.

Hold the striker in front of the torch tip and strike until lit.

Turn up the Propane until the flame is approximately three inches.

Slowly turn the torch oxygen valve counter-clockwise until the flame forms two distinct cones.

Alternating between the propane torch knob (Red) and the oxygen torch knob (Green), slowly adjust until the desired flame length is achieved.

Make sure the flame does not leave the tip of the torch.

If, at this point your flame goes out, DO NOT try to relight the torch. Turn off the green oxygen valve and then the red propane torch valve and restart the lighting procedure
