Introduction

Leak testing must be done on a weekly basis. Check the latest date on the leak test sheet on the wall above the torch. If it has been more than seven days since the last test, a leak test must be performed before using the torch.

  1. Make a soapy water mixture. (1/2 cup water and 3-4 squirts of dish soap from the sink dispenser)

    • If bubbles form, turn off all valves at the tank, contact the area manager or someone on the leadership committee immediately and fill out an issues request tag on the Lansing Makers Networks Talk site
